Orders, Shipping and Warranty Details

PLACING AN ORDER WITH HYDRACISE IS EASY

To place an order with hydracise work directly with your Fit Biz Startup Specialist.  They will provide you with a complete and accurate equipment quote and estimated freight quote upon your request directly from the freight company. Customers are allowed to arrange their own freight forwarder however the rates we receive are normally very affordable.  Freight quotes are valid for 7 days so we will request an updated freight quote 7 days prior to your ship date. Freight quotes are rarely adjusted upward unless events out of our control are in play such as a major fuel surcharge due to world events.

With your order…

1. Submit your color choices for the seat covers. (see our color chart – click here: http://www.hydracise.com/pdf/new-uph-color-chart.pdf
2. Sign and fax your invoice to 1-417-864-0564
3. Make arrangements to pay your deposit by wire transfer or one of our other payment methods
4. 7 days prior to your ship date or sooner pay the balance of your order

Getting off to a great start is important in your new fitness venture.  Hydracise wants to ensure a a pleasant experience all the way through the process. In order to achieve this goal, the following established policies and procedures will ensure that you receive your equipment in a timely manner.
                                                                                                                  
SHIP DATES
Ship dates are generally 4 weeks from receipt of the deposit. Upon receipt of your deposit your order will begin processing. You will be contacted by someone in our Shipping Department to arrange a ship date. Ship dates can be adjusted if we are notified 7 days prior to the scheduled ship date.

PAYMENTS
All payments should be sent by wire. Our banking information will be provided at the time of your initial purchase.  Final payments must be received by wire at least 72 business hours prior to your shipment’s departure.

DISCOUNTS                        
Prices are quoted on cash terms. While we are happy to accept credit card payments the discount we offer may be affected.

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS
You will be provided with a tracking number and website to track your shipment. The freight company will notify you at least 24 hours in advance of delivery if your order is door to door. At all times you will have the ability to track your shipment online.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
International customers have the option of shipping by Air or Ocean. Air shipments usually arrive between 3 to 7 days.  Ocean shipments usually arrive between 21 and 30 days depending on destination.

If your order is Airport to Airport or Port to Port, you will be notified by someone from Hydracise’ Shipping Department with the Airway bill number of your shipment. If your shipment is door to door you will be provided an Agent to help you with all of your Custom’s paperwork. 

Door to door delivery does not include Duties and or Tariffs. It is vital that the correct delivery address is given at the time of your order. At the customer’s request a copy of all of their Custom’s Documents will be faxed to them or directly to their Broker to avoid any delays in Customs.

If for ANY REASON after the shipment date has been agreed to, if you change the shipping date, then there may be a penalty fee. This is a fee charged by the freight carrier when a shipment date has been changed or cancelled. 

ACCEPTING INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Each box and machine must be inspected for damage before signing the Bill of Lading.  You must inspect each machine thoroughly. If you observe any holes in boxes, crushed boxes, or loose cartons inspect the contents of that box. Also note this on the Bill of Lading. Any damages or discrepancies not noted on the Bill of Lading will not be covered by the Freight Companies.  We suggest that you have a digital or disposable camera available.  Freight damage rarely occurs, but when it does we must have proper documentation.  hydracise will need a copy of the Bill of Lading and any photos you’ve taken of the damages.  Hydracise has no recourse without proper documentation. 

IMPORTANT
Make sure these boxes and machines are inspected thoroughly before the driver leaves your facility.  If discrepancies are not noted it will be necessary to charge for parts and labor.  We like to avoid this by making sure the freight company delivers your equipment in the same manner it left our facility.  Please notify logistics@hydracise.com immediately if you have freight damage, or missing parts, so that the problem can be resolved in a timely manner.

PLEASE NOTE:
Do not cut wrapping from the machines because this may cause damages. Do not use razor blades to open any boxes. Your machines have been assembled and disassembled and thoroughly tested to ensure that all of the mechanisms are in excellent working order.  This also insures that all of your upholstery fits.  Assembling and then disassembling may cause scraping in the areas where the bolts were used to assemble your equipment. This is normal.  Please do not be alarmed.

TIPS FOR OPENING EACH MACHINE BOX
Your new hydraulic fitness equipment is crafted from 7 gauge steel panels. Our products are made from only the most reliable, sturdy materials, which with adequate care, can last for a lifetime. It is also very heavy. When you receive your boxes, place them near the area you will be positioning your machine. That way it will already be very close to its final “home” in your fitness business. Invite a friend to help you in the assembly process. If you are not comfortable with using a wrench, this friend will be a great help! Your assistant will also help in lifting the frames out of the box, setting them up on end and positioning them after assembly. Some machines are heavier than others, but ALL MACHINES will require someone to help you lift the frame out of the box.

TIPS FOR HAVING AN EASY ASSEMBLY PROCESS WITH EACH MACHINE (Fully Illustrated Assembly Manual Provided)
Your machines will arrive 70% assembled. The assembly required in your part is really simple and straightforward. You will be required to assemble the footplates, some handles and bolt on your seats and backs. Read all of the directions for each individual machine FIRST. Look over the photos in the process. Read through each step and visualize the process. This will also help you realize where you may need that extra hand from your assistant.
                                                                                                                        
 Look over the parts in the box. IMPORTANT: Make sure everything is included. If it is not, call our office immediately and ask to speak to Customer Support. • Frames 10 years
• Upholstery 120 days
• Cylinders 3 years
• Hand Grips 30 days
• Non Skid Tape 30 days
• Pins 2 years                                       
• Lock Collars 2 years

Your hydraulic exercise equipment is covered by a non-transferable warranty. Please become familiar with the various warranty lengths on the different parts of your machines: All warranty lengths are from the date of the original ship date. The warranty covers workmanship and materials. Hydracise is not liable for damage caused by misuse, neglect, or abuse. Prior authorization from hydracise must be obtained before warranty work is done. Hydracise is not responsible for any damage caused by the shipping company. If damage occurs during shipping, a claim must be filed with the carrier. Hydracise reserves the right to make changes and improvements to its equipment. Each machine will have a serial number label somewhere near the rear of the machine down near the back leg. RECORD THESE NUMBERS SOMEWHERE AND MATCH IT TO A SPECIFIC MACHINE. KEEP THIS ON FILE IN YOUR CLUB AND AT HOME. This is required information, If this is removed, your warranty is void/null. There are two machines that have parts that do not need to be adjusted or changed:

The ROTARY TORSO and the PEC FLY/REAR DELTOIDS. You may only adjust the lock collars that hold the cylinders on—any other tampering with the mechanisms on these machines will void your warranty. ROTORY TORSO mechanism and gears

PEC FLY / REAR DELTOIDS CABLE MECHANISM
Concerning the application of adding grease or oil to stop squeaking within the bearings and cylinders:
In the Maintenance Manual, you will find detailed information on how to grease the bearings and apply 3 in 1 oil to the cylinders if they begin to squeak.
DO NOT APPLY WD40 ANYWHERE ON YOUR HYDRACISE HYDRAULIC MACHINE. This will void your warranty.
                                                                                                       
NOTICES:

• End caps, bumpers, bolts and washers are not covered in warranty
• *Do not apply WD-40. This will void your warranty
• Rotary Torso and Pec Fly have lock collars. If you tamper with the mechanisms inside the lock collars your warranty on these machines will void
• Each machine has a serial number label. If this is removed your warranty will void
• Hydracise is not liable for damage caused by misuse, neglect or abuse.

PACKING LIST

INSURANCE
All orders are fully insured and your liability does not begin until you sign the bill of lading
                    
SELF SERVICE SHIPPING
For customers opting to handle their own logistics hydracise will provide all necessary origin documentation for a fee of US $100.
